This Friday, November 11th at 20:00 pm at the headquarters of the Rugby Union of Cordoba (Castro Barros 155) held a press conference where he presented the Regional Seven 80th Anniversary.
Captains are invited from all regions and selected participants who were T-shirts will be given seven officers which will be used in competition (Saturday 12 and Sunday 13). Also present at this conference the Cordobesa Union authorities and the various unions throughout the country.
With an astounding number of players, not just the number but by the diversity of the regions that will participate in the competition, will launch a competition that is unprecedented in the country.
The numbers speak for themselves : 600 players, 7 Regions (Center, Patagonia, Pampa, Noa, Nea, West and Littoral), 2 Selected Provincial (Córdoba and Buenos Aires), 3 national teams (Chile, Uruguay and Argentina) and 48 Clubs of the Province of Cordoba.
The various delegations arrived on Friday morning to our city, and will stay in downtown hotels. On Saturday will be played at two venues, Cordoba Athletic Club and the Jockey Córdoba, while on Sunday the activities will focus on the Jockey Club Córdoba.
There will be two parallel powers. On the one hand the traditional Seven Cordoba club and on the other selections. As for the club competition, the champion will be awarded a special invitation to participate in the International Seven Viña del Mar which will be held on 13, 14 and January 15, 2012.
A) qualifying
Participating Clubs : They are all currently involved in the categories of First, Ascent
and Ascent Development (48).
- The preliminary round will be played at two courses in the Jockey Club Córdoba (JCC) and the court of Cordoba Athletic Club (CAC), both of B º Garden of Cordoba, on November 12, 2011, start time 10 hs.
- In the field of play ACC teams Zones 1 to 4, on Court 2 of the JCC will play teams from Zones 5 to 8 and 3, the court will play JCC Zones 9 to 12.
- The bona fide list a minimum score of 10 players, with 12 members in total including coach and / or manager.
- The club will provide each UCdR as listed in good faith, a snack consisting of fruit, hamburger and water.
- The qualifying phase is divided into 12 areas of 4 clubs c / u, robin play at the times and fields which are detailed in Annex I.

B) Phase Definitional
• This Phase (Round and Quarterfinals, semifinals and final) will be held at the JCC, the November 13, 2009, according to game schedule attached as Annex I, and only the winners of each stage pass to the next round.
The start time is 12 hours.
• The list of good faith set out in item A) shall not be altered for the stage Definitional, except injury confirmed by official UCdR physician to recommend his replacement by another player.
• It is expected a third time for the seven finalists of the 2011 official UCdR.
C) General requirements for qualifying and defining phases
- Attendance is mandatory.
- The absence of any participant will be fined the equivalent in dollars at an round trip by bus to Villa Maria.
- No enrollment fees.
- Each club traveling on your own expense.
- The scoring matches to the standings will be like in the First Division championship of the 2011 season, regular season (with bonus), and for classification, in case of equality of points, shall be governed by the rules of the UCdR.
- The team to kick off pre-set schedule will not enter the court (with a tolerance of +5 minutes) to play the game, you will forfeit the same and will be assigned 5 points to his opponent in power.
- The Times ordinary party qualifying and defining phases are time-7 min with 2-minute rest.
- For the game in the final 2 periods of play 10 minutes c / u and rest for 3 minutes.
- Teams on arrival and with an advance of 30 minutes must submit to the Control Board lists in good faith, which will be certified to the respective forms of transfers made by the entity UCdR.
- Teams must present 15 minutes before each match the list of players who start the game.
- Interior For teams that qualify for Phase Definitional, if the club option is to stay overnight in the city of Cordoba on Saturday November 12, the shelter will provide UCdR c / CAC breakfast or other similar category if this proves insufficient.
