Participation in tennis has reached the top of 30 million players for the first time in two decades in 2009 and continues to grow, according to the United States Tennis Association (USTA) and the Tennis Industry Association. His study reflects a revival of the sport in popularity due to its accessibility in parks in neighborhoods and schools, as well as their cardiovascular benefits, besides being a full year.
If a player is neophyte or stopped playing tennis a year ago and changed it to other less demanding activity, but feel intimidated seeing the players play a few services that are faster or hit the ball in spectacular fashion, playing doubles can be a good way to get into action. Playing with a partner is not an activity that requires much physically as it is to play alone.
